I was very impressed with my experience. The staff workers are friendly and very helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me good advice. The jewellery in this shop is of good quality.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this shop on May 30th around 14:43. I came in alone to look at gold rings and picked out three I was interested in. When I asked simple questions about the stones and karats, the staff member abruptly left me mid-conversation to help two men instead, saying “thank you” as if I was dismissed.

When I mentioned the rings were too big, he snapped, “I didn’t choose them, you did.” I calmly told him there was no need for the attitude, but he became increasingly rude and said I was “not a customer” and “wasting his time.” He started speaking aggressively in Turkish. I asked him to speak in English, and he told me I was giving him a headache and ordered me to leave the shop.

I had every intention of buying a ring, but after being treated with such hostility, I walked out. I was left standing there, alone and shocked, after being spoken to with complete disrespect simply for asking questions. No one should feel humiliated or unsafe while shopping — especially over something as personal and valuable as jewelry.

I took my grandmother's ring in, even though it was gold and not silver to see about a repair. The guy inside was really great, he talked me through the options and was able to repair it quickly, at a very reasonable price, and it looks great. Definitely recommend.

I came here in need of a bracelet adjustment for a new watch and left very happy with the service I received. I called in advance and the person I spoke with was friendly and accommodating to my needs.

3 of us went in on Saturday for piercing. He didn’t put gloves on when he did it. He used the piercing gun for my cartilage which can damage your ears. He put a big butterfly in which it can stop it from healing. The back of it was really big and it was really tight. We all had to take the piercings out as our ears was red and swollen.

Very good service and well deserving of 5 stars. The man was very honest. I had a ring that needed resizing and other places said it would take a week to resize. This man said he would do it in a day. Also my ring had a cornelean Gemstone and he did mention to me before that there is a possibility that these stones can melt as they sometimes can’t tolerate high heat (depending on the type of cornelean stone) another jeweler I went to didn’t mention this to be. And this man was very upfront and honest. I highly recommend that you go to him! Thanks again for the ring sizing in a time efficient manner!

Very rude staff! I called to ask a how much it would cost to resize a wedding ring and he says "you'll have to bring it into the shop, I need to know the metal, size etc" fair enough. I then mentioned that I have all the specifications and I just want an estimate. He rudely says "no no no, goodbye" and hangs up.

I don't usually write reviews but this business deserves it. Very rude and uncalled for behaviour.

awful service. I went to the shop to ask something about a jewellery repair, it was 30 minutes before the closing time on their door. I politely asked if they’re still open, he said yes, then he asked if I want to have my necklace repaired today, I replied, I just have a quick question about it, then he says ‘ no, we are closed’. Awful really.

Great customer service and great quality of work I brought in a broken ring and a chain what need a clasp, fixed the ring and but on a new clasp at a very great price. All around 10/10 service.

All my experiences with Silverage was amazing. Always exceptionally looked after as soon as i enter the shop, found every piece of jewellery i wanted was given advice as well which you don't get much anywhere else. Also had my nose pierced there, very hygienic set up healed well very beautiful.

Incredibly disappointed. I took a family ring that originally fitted my ring finger when gifted to me to be resized. The ring had been made smaller, but unfortunately was left completely scratched with the engraving virtually impossible to see.

I brought this to the owner’s attention and was met with him shouting at me and being incredibly rude and intimidating. This man is not fit to handle jewellery, run a business, or deal with other (paying) members of the public. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
