At Silverage Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

Eligible Items:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Custom-made, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please email silverage.official@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack your item and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Silverage is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. 
  4. No restocking fee

Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error.
  • Refund Exceptions: Items that show signs of wear, alterations, or are missing packaging or tags may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at silverage.official@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will assist in coordinating your exchange based on product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Due to the bespoke nature, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
