At Silverage, we’re committed to ensuring a seamless shipping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, times, and policies.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50, with delivery in 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery in 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available on select items for a higher fee, with delivery the next business day. Please order by 1 PM for same-day processing.

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery in 7–21 business days.
  • Express International Shipping: Delivery in 3–7 business days, with tracking provided.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom and handmade items may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays or special handling times.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Silverage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a resolution.
